If the valuation fixed by the Provincial Expropriation Jury seems insufficient to you, you can challenge it by means of an appeal to the higher body of the expropriating administration within one month from the notification. If this appeal is rejected, you can file a contentious-administrative appeal before the courts of justice within two months. In the judicial process you can provide your own expert evidence to support a higher price, and the court can set a different price than the one established by the Jury.
