This includes consequential damages (cost of repair of damaged property, medical expenses, alternative transportation expenses), loss of earnings (income lost during your leave, lost business profits), moral damages (physical and psychological suffering, loss of quality of life, grief), future expenses if there are permanent sequels (future medical treatment, housing adaptation, third party assistance), and interest for late payment from the date of the event until full payment.
