Only if it meets: (1) Minimum crop units (in Malaga: 2,500 m² irrigated, 25,000-30,000 m² dry land depending on municipality), (2) Urban requirements of the LISTA, (3) The resulting plots have legal access. Many farms can NOT be segregated because they do not meet any of these requirements.
